My mission is to help others create management systems that will provide peaceful solutions to their busy lives.

I spend my time juggling responsibilities as a mother, wife, business owner, and woman.  I understand the need to create balance between the roles and expectations placed on ourselves by others and our self.  I enjoy helping individuals determine the systems that work best for their lifestyle and habits.  We all have those "Get Real" moments, (including myself), where time and tasks get away from us.  My goal is to help you simply take back control of those areas.

I look forward to helping you get Simply Organized!  ~ Jennifer

The Family Manager System helps women create happy, organized homes.  Family Manager applies simple business strategies to the job of running a home and focuses on seven departments in the home -- that you (and I) oversee.

These departments are:

Home & Property - overseeing the care of your home, its surroundings, belongings, and vehicles

Friends & Family - fulfilling relational responsibilities (family, friends, neighbors)

Food - meeting the daily food and nutritional needs of your family

Finances - managing the budget, bill-paying, saving, investing, charitable giving

Time Management - managing the family calendar/schedule and getting everyone to where they need to be on time

Special Events - planning and coordinating birthdays, holidays, vacations, garage sales, (things outside your normal routine)

Self Management - caring for your body, improving your mind, nurturing your spirit

The Family Manager Creed - This is our job description...

I oversee the most important organization in the world

Where hundreds of decisions are made daily

Where property and resources are managed

Where health and nutritional needs are determined

Where finances and futures are discussed and debated

Where projects are planned and events are arranged

Where transportation and scheduling are critical

Where team-building is a priority

Where careers begin and end.

I am a Family Manager.

No matter how many other jobs we have, you and I have the most important job in the world - and it's worth every bit of time, money, and energy we spend to learn to do our job better, more efficient, and to create a greenhouse where our family can flourish.

That's why I became a Family Manager Coach:  to help busy women like you do just that... and a bonus is that by helping others, I keep learning to be a better Family Manager myself!

Family Manager Process

Here's how the process works and how you can get on the fast track
to a smoothly running, organized home:

Family Manger offers the unique, online Family Manger Assessment to help
you create a happy, organized home.  Since no two families are the same, no two
Assessment Plans are the same.  During the Assessment process you have the
opportunity to share your dreams and priorities for your home and family life, from
    the privacy of your home.

After submitting this information, a personalized plan designed especially for your
family is produced.  As your personal Coach, I will guide you through the plan and
help you implement positive changes to your family's lifestyle, one step at a time.

Some things will change immediately; others will take time and require follow-up.

But the end results are always the same: to help you reach your goals as a Family
Manager and make your home a good place to be for all.
